How do find out what my business is worth?

i have a person the wants to buy into my company, and I need to figure out what my business is worth. we have been around for a year and we do about 65,000.00 a year and are so busy that we have a month long wait list. We are a marketing firm. And an amamizing client list. So I want to find out how much it worth so he can buy 40% of the company.

What types of business’s do you think use copiers/fax machine the most?

What’s the best/fastest way to build a list for internet marketing?
Posted by: buslist | Comments (6)I’ve set up a click bank account and have bought a really excellent course on how to build a successful internet business. Everything is going excellent. I would appreciate any info on how to reach the “masses”.
The course is fantastic. It has taught me so many things and helped me to right mistakes I was making.
