How can I market gift certificates for my business?

I have an auto detailing business in Washington D.C. We’ve been in business for 15 years and I want to get the word out about our gift certificates for the holiday season. We have a fantastic internet presence and I do advertise the gift certicates online but the only way someone would find out about them is if they typed in auto detailing, washington d.c.,gift certificates. This doesn’t happen often. I need to find a way to hit my target audience. I would really like to get an e-mail list for my surrounding area.

If you own and run a business on the internet, how would you list that in your resume?

I’m going to be starting my own business in a few weeks, selling various handmade items such as: jewelry, sculpture, pottery, journals, sketchbooks, screen printed items [T-shirts, napkins, tablecloths], scarfs, posters, prints, etc. that I’ve made. In addition to making all of the items, I’ve also been working on a marketing campaign for my online store as well, including newspaper ads, [both for print and online] and video ads.
What is the right way to list something like that on a resume? [Last semester, the profs taught us how to write our resumes since it was an vital part of our portfolios, but they never covered what you should do if you run a business on the internet. I'm just asking since I want to keep my resume up to date.]

sports: football, crew, i also did track and basketball like freshmen year
i’m wicked social
i don’t consider my self a jock but some people do
clubs: started the environmental club and business club and i did a ton of projects in those
DECA which is a world wide business club, debate club
extra curriculars: started my own company, i interned at a law firm and i’m still doing it, volunteer at senior center and library, helped the people affected by the china earthquake last year by sending aids to them
i have a 3.5/4 GPA-just took the sats and i reckon i got around the 2000 range, i’m a junior
can someone please give me like a list of colleges that would suit me or i could get into
i like vanderbilt, notre dame and wisconsin
i don’t care about location
i don’t want to go to the ivies or MIT because i can’t get in and i don’t like those schools
also i live in massachussets and the high school is one of the top ten in the state, 99% of the graduates countinue on to other types of higher education
i want to major either in business, marketing, management, or pre-law
