what is the best way to get email addresses for businesses,mostly HR department?

Good business email, G-Mail or Yahoo?

@ My Take On It – I see your point of view, but what you may not realize is that businesses do use free email. You may type in “info@partyspot.com” – but the owner retrieves it from “Gmail”.

What can I do with a list of business contacts?

They consist of:
* Name
* Title
* Direct Email Address
* Direct Phone Number
* Company Name
* Company Address
* Company Phone Number
* Company Website
* Industry
* # of Employees
What can I do with this list? I have a feeling I can use it somehow to make money or start a business, but what? Any thoughts?
