How do I create a common business email receiver list?

I want to make a receiver list that can be used by all email users within my business email domain (sablenetworks.com).
I don’t want to have each user make his/her own list. I want for this list to be made by the administrator and be made available to all users within the domain.

I would like a list of people’s email addresses as I am trying to start up a business and want to advertise. This is a free way to advertise and would get my business name around many different people. Any thoughts?

Imagine copying a list of mailing addresses from a website, and pasting them into Excel. You get one column of data.
I need separate columns for Business Name, Address, Phone, Email, Website, etc.
Please answer if you know of free software to do this, or can clarify how to do this with Excel, or with maybe a script or MS Access…

How do I sell a restaurant/privately-owned business?

I am trying to help a family member sell their restaurant business. The property and the business are privately owned (not leased). The revenue on the business is not high, largely because this person has no thought how to run a business, nor has the energy to do so.
This person doesn’t want to list the property with an agent, and doesn’t have the budget to advertise it on online sites that charge.
Does anyone know of excellent, free resources where we can market this business opportunity to an entrepreneurial sort of person? We would want to market to both in- and out-of-state people. Again, listing it with a real estate agent is out of the question, unfortunately. :/

Clarification on the post:
One of the owners is a broker, but who doesn’t subscribe to the MLS. Therefore, as I mentioned in the question, there is no likelihood that this will be listed with another agent. Besides which, this property has been listed with agents (3 of them) before and, as is often common with listing agents, the agents sat on the property assuming that a buyer’s agent would sell it for them. Seller’s agents have access to the same information we do…which is comps on similar properties, newspapers, and venues of advertising. So, since using an agent is out, we’re now looking for some advice on marketing the property.

What’s the demand for a top notch business plan writer?

I want to attract clients to hire me to write their business plans. Is there a market for business plot writers? I have owned and sold 6 companies (for nice profits) and have attracted investors to each company via my business plans. I have also had several companies who had seen my work hire me to write their plans. My largest client was Sun Micro. One of the plans I generated was 78 pages! I want to write business plans for more companies and am truly one of the best plot writers out there. How would I go about finding people that need business plans written? Should I advertise on Craigslist or have a website developed with a list of my services? I am also a marketing wiz when it comes to putting new companies on the map. I am fantastic with slogans and am also able to get these plans into the hands of hundreds of investors. I am the best when it comes to market analysis, strategy & implementation, financial plot, profit/loss, cash flow, benchmarks, ratios etc…
