How much should I charge, or what would you want to spend for a Business Plan?

Just a Business Plot only, not the Marketing. I construct professional-grade business plans & marketing plans that really are the cream of the crop. I have expertise and $5,000 worth of software and an established list of contacts, and offer support on demand. Recently, because of client growth, I have hired others to form teams to complete project goals, but I want to pay them a yearly salary above 50,000. What do you reckon is the lowest rate I should offer for a level 1 plot. All of you in my eyes are potential clients and I want to make it as affordable for you as possible and still give my employee well deserved checks. SO WHAT WOULD YOU SPEND ON A PROFESSIONAL-GRADE BUSINESS Plot?
