You don’t, because spam is incredibly annoying.
Um that’s called spam and they will have to pay for those messages… how bout you don’t cos if I got messages from businesses I’d report you to the BBB
There are opt-in spam, ermm, I mean targeted sms services out there. People “opt-in” when they sign up for it directly, or through partners who then sell or loan the contacts to other related companies.
It is spam, it is annoying, unless the people opted in.
