They will undoutedly have information for those who want to lodge complaints (including a phone number to the office). Another option is to peruse one of their many websites. It is possible that in a "contact us" type of section, there will be numbers there which are for human resources or the business office. A third option is to call whatever line they've advertised on TV, and tell them you have a problem with your credit card, and you need to speak to someone in the office to arrange for payment.
