What should I do about business/person stealing online?
ByPA questioned:
I haven’t recieved something I puchased online. The seller has the funds won’t answer to e-mails and has no phone number listed. Baseballcardzone.com be careful, these are not excellent people to do business with.

you can sue
but you shouldn’t be buying online from people you don’t know about neway.
Send a letter to the Attorney General in your state and the state where the business is located. You can get the complaint form on line, and it is pretty self explanatory. Even if you don’t get your money back, it will help to prevent others from being ripped off. Contact the AG, the better business bureau, and the Chamber of Commerce in the town where this business is located. If they get enough organizations calling them about this issue, they’ll send you your buy just to get some peace and silent.
