how do u get a list of someones cell phone records. someone accessed mine and has been calling from the list?

I don’t know as far as websites, but do you shred your cell phone bills after paying them? Most cell phone bills list all your calls and that might be where he found them.
If you are referring to detailed call records, it is going to depend on the carrier. I worked for Verizon Wireless for 5 yrs and I know that unless someone has a subpeona, if they are not the account holder, records will not be released. I’m not sure which carrier you are using, but I will offer this advise, call in and see what kinds of notes are on your account. See if he’s called and requested information. If he was ever authorized on your account, remove him immediately. If not, if he has any knowledge of your social security number, place a password on your account. There should not be any sites out there where you can get that sort of information, that is, other than the actual carrier’s site. Some carriers allow you to register to view details from your account on-line. I’ve dealt with situations like this and the most common answer is that he may know someone who works for your carrier. If that is the case, I’d reckon that there would be some sort of auto notes on the account when that type of information is requested. Contact their fraud department and let them know what’s going on. They may be able to research it from the inside and find out. I hope this is helpful, at least. If you suspect him gather all the information you can and report him to the FBI. I would!
What he has done, (if he did it), is HIGHLY Illegal and if you do it you will be just as illegal and YOU may be the one that gets caught and spend time in jail.
You can always have a private Investigator try and see if he can gather evidence, or the FBI, but DON’T do it yourself.
Even the question you are asking is Illegal. Asking for help on acquiring someone elses account is Illegal. And giving that information is also Illegal.
Don’t worry I did not report you, because I know this was an honest question / mistake.
