I have used several of their programs, most have rocked, some didnt -- so overall, I say that they are safe to do business with and have good programs.

I have a home-based business. We just use our regular phone and cell phone. At the end of the year you can divide the use for tax purposes (like you do for your home office-in your home). If your primary line gets too busy with calls you can always have a additional line put in later.
