How can I get a list of local businesses’ websites?

Does anyone know if there’s a service (free or pay) that can give me this information? What I’d like is:
Company Name, website url
That’s it. I don’t need phone# or addresses, etc.

you should be able to go to your town call to get a list of all registered business. they’re the one’s who keep record of all that excellent stuff.
