Where can I find a list of national magazines business offices so we may send over marketing proposals?

You will need to send faxes and hardcopy.
Do you have any thought how many unsolicited proposals they get in one day?
Find a specific contact person in each office and speak with them to make arrangements so the info doesn’t immediately get tossed when it comes in.
