So without knowing the details, I&#039;d say no, it&#039;s not legal.</description>

		<description>If you&#039;re sure the non profit you applied to is legitimate you could always call or write them and tell them this guy is using their list to solicit his own services. If you didn&#039;t agree to be solicited by this guy you should report him as a spammer and block his email. If he&#039;s still working for this NPO and they find out he&#039;s spamming people he will be gone in a flash. Also you should check these people out and make sure they&#039;re legit. Something doesn&#039;t sound right about the whole thing.
There are a lot of con artists out there that prey on students. Be careful.</description>
