I want advertisers to advertise in my magazine. Is there an email list of businesses,companies out there?

You have to contact them direct and solicit them to advertise. Hire a sales person and pay them commission.

if you try to sell me with an unsollicited email, forget it. Pick up the phone and talk to people, that is how you build a relationship. Then question them what their email addresses are.
Also, find out contacts at the main ad agencies and talk to them about your clients.
Then have your magazine listed anywhere potential ad buyers might be looking for information on magazines.
You have the same wish as every other magazine publisher in the world – to get more advertising.
Nearly all of the organisations you have listed use agencies to handle their advertising. In many cases the advertising is booked months in advance, and in recent years a lot of agencies will only deal with magazines with an independently audited circulation. You don’t mention the name of your magazine but if you don’t have an independent audit then getting the huge advertisers in your title will be nearly impossible.
Emails are certainly not the best or most efficient way of getting advertising. Would you ever buy something as the result of a single email from someone you don’t know? Produce a detailed media kit, advertising calendar and rate card. Hire a professional with experience and get them working to sell your magazine to these people. It’s hard but not impossible.
